ABOUT:
After a career in sales and marketing, Cathie stayed home to raise her four children with her husband Tom. During this time she has volunteered for a variety of community and national organizations and continues to be involved in several, currently. Her oldest son Chris passed in June of 2019 and Cathie is still very connected with him. Chris was an avid runner, tennis player, volunteer, and pre-med student at the University of Notre Dame. Working through her devastating grief was quite a challenge.
Cathie found hope in Nikki Blevens Elliott-certified grief coach/guide and founder of OM Grief Guidance and Coaching Services who has been through the same experience. Nikki’s son Leif passed suddenly when he was 16. Nikki taught Cathie the many tools to shift her perspective on death, separation, and the afterlife. Cathie is still working with Nikki and is very grateful to continue on this journey with her companionship.
