Talking Joy With Will Robertson Wildlife - "Nature Will"
“Nature Will,” AKA Will Robertson, has a famous YouTube channel with over 1.5 Million views. He is an avid naturalist and joins Pam to talk about our precious planet earth and the actions we can take now to make a difference. Humans are living in a way that is not sustainable, and as a result, the world is undergoing some massive changes. One of the ways we can help is by saving what is called the lungs of the earth--our rainforests. (To donate see below link to the Rainforest Trust)

WHAT IS HERPING?
What is Herping? The act of searching for and finding reptiles and amphibians. Similar to birding, people keep lists of the species they have found and go to all different habitats to find new species. Will Robertson Wildlife videos are a combination of the species he finds, the journey to find them, and a little bit of education.
The Starfish Story, Making a Difference
One day a man was walking along the beach, when he noticed a boy hurriedly picking up and gently throwing things into the ocean. Approaching the boy, he asked, “Young man, what are you doing?” The boy replied, “Throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die.” The man laughed to himself and said, “Don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can’t make any difference!”
After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said,
“I made a difference to that one.”
